All deposits and financial transactions on UOE Portal are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion applied to your account balance at any point.

If you have claimed a bonus and wish to withdraw funds that include bonus money or winnings derived from bonus money, the applicable wagering requirements must be completed in full before withdrawal is available. All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked in and cannot be changed. UOE Portal reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion, including where a technical error has resulted in clearly incorrect odds being displayed.
Bets are settled based on the official result of the event as confirmed by the relevant governing body. For cricket, PSL and T20 results are taken from the official match results published by the Pakistan Cricket Board or the relevant tournament authority. In the event of a dispute over a result, UOE Portal's decision following review of official sources is final.
A bet may be voided and the stake returned in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned without a result; the market is suspended due to technical issues; or odds were clearly published in error. Voided bets are returned to your account balance as soon as the void is confirmed.
Live betting markets are available during cricket matches, football games and other live events. In-play markets update in real time and odds change continuously. UOE Portal may suspend live markets at any time during an event. Bets placed before a suspension is applied will stand; bets cannot be placed while a market is suspended.
UOE Portal's casino and slots library includes games from multiple software providers. All games are available to play for real PKR stakes from your account balance.
Casino and slots games are provided for entertainment. All outcomes are determined by certified random number generation. UOE Portal does not manipulate game outcomes and the return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are set by the software provider.
The minimum and maximum stakes for each game are displayed within the game interface. Stakes must remain within these limits at all times.
In the event of a technical fault during a casino game session — such as a disconnection or game error — UOE Portal will investigate the session record and resolve the situation based on available data. UOE Portal reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time where there is reasonable grounds to do so. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the account balance will be held until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation determines that no violation occurred, the balance will be returned in full and the account reinstated or closed at the user's request. If a violation is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in part or in full depending on the nature of the breach.
You may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting UOE Portal support. Any remaining balance at the time of closure that is eligible for withdrawal will be processed following standard verification procedures.
